Let’s talk about being a perfectionist right and that struggle and attempt to be perfect.
What does that really mean?
Well you know I’ve been working with coaching clients for over the last 20 years since 1997.
One of the things that I see with people who call themselves perfectionist or recovering perfectionist in some cases.
Is that really when you boil it down to trying to be perfect is really an attempt to avoid criticism.
That’s what I think it is it’s an attempt to avoid criticism.
So the point is that maybe we were criticized when we were younger I know I was right nothing I did was ever good enough.
I would get straight as in school I got full scholarships to college I was a National Merit Scholar won the Spelling Bee in seventh grade.
And it’s just nothing I did was ever good enough and so I became a perfectionist because I was attempting to not have criticized could not have criticism not be criticized.
So it’s that attempt to avoid criticism that causes that perfectionism but guess what first of all it’s a lie because you’re always going to be criticized no matter what you do.
In today’s #AskNoahStJohn video, I share #AFFORMATION® of The Day:
“Why do I love myself, even though I’m not perfect?”
The truth is, in less than 90 days from now, you could be living a richer, happier life..
Having more success in your business and personal life…
While working LESS than you are right now.
How do I know?
Because my clients regularly double their income while working LESS…
Sometimes in just a matter of weeks.
I know that might sound incredible, but look what’s happened to the people I’ve worked with so far…
Share this with a friend who will benefit…
I believe in you!
