Love Is The Answer

There are only two ways to go through life: coming from Love and coming from Fear.

It’s easy to come from Fear. Because Fear simply means believing in not-enough—the belief that there’s not enough money, not enough opportunity, not enough health, not enough love, not enough food, not enough water, not enough energy, not enough good people.

It’s easy to come from not-enough. Fear and not-enough means coming from a place of scarcity. That’s why it’s often referred to as scarcity thinking.

The opposite of scarcity thinking is having an abundance mentality.

However, if you examine the problem more closely, we really don’t have a scarcity problem OR an abundance problem. What we have is a distribution problem.

For example, right now, at this moment, trillions of dollars are changing hands around the world. A great deal of this money is being transferred electronically, through online accounts, electronic banking, and the like.

That means it is not actual dollars or physical money that is changing hands. They are electrons, invisible bits of energy, flowing from one account to another.

So it is literally true that right now, trillions of dollars are actually flowing through you!

Become Thank You. Thich Nhat Hanh wrote, “If the only prayer you ever pray is ‘Thank you’, it will be enough.”

I recommend that you not only say “Thank you”, you BECOME “Thank you”. That means to truly realize how precious and fragile this life really is.

It’s true that we often don’t realize what we have until it’s gone. Don’t wait for things to be gone to realize—and be grateful for—what you have and Who You Really Are.
