I’ve been a chronic worrier I certainly grew up in a family of what my mom was a really bad warrior and so she basically taught me and us kids how to that worry was just a way of life we should just worry about things now she grew up that way too so I’m certainly not blaming her for this that’s how her parents raised her so my point is that I had to break this worry have it and it’s been very difficult so I’m giving you these tips…
