Sometimes hitting rock bottom is not a bad thing because we tend to see things more clearly when we are at the lowest point of life. I myself wallowed in self pity and almost gave up when i lost everything but i didn’t want to stay at the bottom forever so i slowly rebooted my life, restored my confidence and bounced back. It’s all about having a strong faith and the determination to succeed.

Glad to see this blog and for reminding me the power of self-belief.

You’ll be amazed how long way off you can still go from that point where you thought is the end. I appreciate more my life now at the top after experiencing the rock bottom

Thank you for this hopeful post. It’s hard to regain from loss when no one understands, worse if it includes the people closest to your heart. But thank God my bottom wasnt death. Thank God for the spiritual enlightenment and for giving me the knowledge to make the rock bottom the solid foundation on which I rebuilt my life.

Each of us,i guess, have our own experience of being in a dark place. WE just need to be mindful that we don’t spend too long in that place coz it can be a descending spiral from there if we do.

The only nice thing about hitting the rock bottom is it couldn’t get any worse than that 🙂
