Are positive affirmations really effective?
Positive, no doubt, you want to be real something statement — such a statement: I'm happy, I'm rich, I'm successful. Now, say this phrase to yourself: “I am rich.”
Have you ever looked in the mirror, saying “I'm pretty” or “I'm rich” and just heard a million voices of contradictions, anatomy and basically murdering what you barely uttered during your positive affirmation?
Positive certainly releases your anxiety, negativity, guilt, fear and pain.
These positive affirmations are certainly simple news. Again and again, they start twisting their way to your head — they gradually change your thinking and your reality. Sometimes these sayings begin as thoughts of desire, but often become a reality of your life.
Positive affirmations is a phrase or spell that you repeat to yourself, describing a particular result or who you want to be.
At first, these positive statements may not be true, but with constant repetition, your subconscious will begin to believe in them.
Ultimately, these positive statements and statements will become your reality.
But before entering the list of positive affirmations, I would like to take a moment to discuss positive working methods.
If you repeat positive affirmations, with which you disagree, there may be some subconscious resistance, which can defeat positive affirmations.
When there is low self-esteem, or in difficult situations, the mind sees the current situation and finds it difficult, or almost impossible, to think about a different and positive situation. This creates inner resistance, lack of faith, and it seems positive certainly does not work.
In this case, your attention is focused on your current and negative situation and not focus on what you want.
When there is internal resistance and lack of faith, repeating positive statements and statements can make you more aware of the gap between your problem and your current situation, and what you are repeating. This aggravates the situation because it focuses on the problem rather than on positive affirmations.
The greatest method of positive affirmation of the effect of change is due to scientific neuroplasticity. “What is neuroplasticity?” Simply put, neuroplasticity is the science of rewiring the brain for different ideas.
We get used to our mentality. But with conscious effort, you can “reconnect” your brain.
If you focus on a problem instead of focusing on a solution, you make the problem even more serious. When you do this, you increase your problem and create a negative state.
In most cases, they work because of the power of positive thinking. First, surely make people accept change.
The reason for the positive affirmations failure most of the time is that they look like lies. You haven't done background work, inside work, trust them. So when you tell them to yourself, they think you're lying to yourself.
Sometimes the positive statement itself is a complete lie.
What does your brain say?
Your brain could say, “Yes, right!”
Because you might not believe what you say positive affirmations and statements.
One day in April 1997, when I was in the shower, I had an epiphany that changed my life...
Look, I've been reading books on positive affirmations for years.
I did exactly what all those teachers asked to do.
I wrote hundreds of positive statements in many ways and put them on the walls of my college dorm room.
I'm happy, I'm rich, I'm rich, I'm successful.”
The only problem?
I wasn’t ANY of those things!
We’ve all heard the ancient law: As you sow, so shall you reap.
But what are we sowing?
We’re sowing seeds of thought.
And what are most people doing?
Sowing lousy thought seeds.
Every self-help book I’d ever read had told me to just repeat these positive affirmations over and over, until I believed them.
And the only problem was, they weren’t working for me at all!
On that fateful morning, I realized that instead of asking lousy questions, getting lousy answers and creating a lousy life…
So we could start asking empowering QUESTIONS… that would lead to phenomenal ANSWERS… and create a wonderful LIFE.
I’ve got a file cabinet overflowing with real-life success stories from men and women around the world who had tried everything, but who were still stuck and unfulfilled until using my AFFORMATIONS System.
That’s why my favorite part of the day is reading success stories from my clients.
Whether it’s from a couple in Germany whose marriage was saved by using AFFORMATIONS, a student who improved their grades using AFFORMATIONS, or a small business owner who’s earning more money thanks to AFFORMATIONS, these are real-life stories from real people who’ve changed their lives using my simple method.
When somebody says to you, ‘Wow, you changed my life!’ That’s the real meaning of success.
