The Hidden Cost to Your Business

Your employees are managing aging parents while raising children in an unprecedented anxiety epidemic. When their kids struggle at school, your organization absorbs the cost through diminished productivity, increased absenteeism, and talent attrition.
"Traditional mental health interventions are reactive. Students are trapped in destructive internal dialogues that compound anxiety and undermine academic performance. The OSRI framework installs a proactive cognitive operating system that replaces paralysis with possibility."
OSRI delivers a turnkey resilience framework to K-5 students in your employees' school districts while positioning your company as an innovator in workforce family support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a one-time investment or annual commitment?

This is a one-time investment for the 2026 program year, no automatic renewals or recurring charges. However, based on program results and your satisfaction, partners may choose to renew their sponsorship for 2027 and beyond. Many organizations find that the employee retention benefits and community impact justify making OSRI an annual workforce development initiative.

Can we select which school district or schools receive the books?

Absolutely. During your discovery call, we'll work with you to identify districts or schools that align with your employee demographics, geographic priorities, and strategic objectives.

What is the implementation timeline?

From signed agreement to first school assembly: 45-60 days for orders under 5,000 books. Larger partnerships requiring offset printing (10,000+ books) may require 90 days for production. Statewide launch date is May 01, 2026.

What if our employees don't have children in Ohio schools?

OSRI still delivers value through executive training, brand positioning, community goodwill, and recruitment positioning. Many partners leverage OSRI as a differentiator when competing for talent with school-age families.

Are payment plans available?

For Apex and Visionary partnerships, we can structure installment payments (typically 50% at signing, 50% at delivery). Terms are negotiable based on your procurement requirements. Contact us to discuss options.

How does this comply with Ohio SEL standards?

I Ask Better Questions is fully aligned with Ohio's K-12 SEL Standards (June 2019) covering all five competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. Complete alignment documentation is provided to participating districts.

Can we expand or renew our partnership in future years?

Absolutely. Many partners choose to renew annually, expand to additional districts, or upgrade to a higher tier based on program results. Multi-year partners receive priority district selection, enhanced recognition as long-term OSRI supporters, and consultation on program expansion strategies. We encourage annual review conversations to assess impact and discuss opportunities for continued partnership.

Why are only 10 partnerships available?

To maintain program quality, district exclusivity, and founder engagement, we're limiting the 2026 launch to 10 Legacy Partners statewide. This ensures each partner receives the attention, customization, and executive access they deserve as founding sponsors of a transformative statewide initiative.
