You know for most of my life I was very depressed and I grew up in a very depressed household where you know with my parents and I told you that I grew up in poverty and lack and fear and just not enough, just the whole mindset was not enough, there’s not enough , we’ll never have enough and i’ll never be enough

And so, that’s what i really believed that was my head trash for most of my life

And so, I really had to learn how to become a happy person. How to be happy I had to learn it

It wasn’t natural for me I know there’s a lot of people out there that are naturally happy and that’s great, but for people like me who are not naturally happy I had to learn it

It was a learned skill for me so why is it so important I mean what does it really mean to be happy…
