Happy to find your blog Noah St.John and thank you for sharing your valuable insights on this topic. This interest me a lot because i know some people who seek approval and determine their worth based upon other-esteem. It would be great to be of help to them but what steps should be taken first to make them realize their value and increase their self confidence ?

Your blog transmitted some positivity into my life, thank you so much. I did not value myself before, nor gave myself credit and admiration whenever people praised me for doing something great. It resulted me to suffer from low esteem and took an enormous toll on my life…but that has changed after i followed one of your advice, and that is to make a list of the things were good at. I was in awe to see my listing and to realized how special and worthy i am 🙂

I put more weight and value to my good traits rather than my flaws and that surely makes me worthy of love and belonging.
