Here's How to Prepare

So we can go deep immediately, not spend the first 20 minutes on background.
You just did something most executives avoid: you decided to find out what's actually going on.

I've reviewed hundreds of organizations over 28 years. The ones that break through aren't smarter or better resourced. They're the ones willing to look at what everyone else pretends isn't there.

To make our 45 minutes count, I need you to do three things before we talk:
Before Our Call
1
Block 10 minutes beforehand
Don't come to this call from another meeting. Give yourself space to shift gears. This isn't a status update. It's diagnostic work that requires focus.
2
Review your intake answers
You told me where the friction is hitting hardest. Before we talk, sit with your answers. Is that still true? Has something else surfaced since you wrote it?
3
Come with the question you haven't asked anyone else
There's something you've been wondering about, something you haven't said out loud because you're not sure how to frame it, or you're not sure you want to know the answer. Bring that.
The Question That Changes Everything
"If I have the strategy, the tools, and the talent... what's actually stopping us?"
That's what we're going to answer. Not with theory. Not with frameworks. With a specific diagnosis of the constraint that's costing you money right now.
What to Expect
0–10
Minutes
I ask questions. You tell me what's really happening, not the boardroom version.
10–30
Minutes
We identify the Invisible Brake. Where it lives. Why it formed. What it's costing you.
30–45
Minutes
I map the 90-day path to remove it. If there's fit to work together, I'll explain how. If not, you still have the diagnosis.
Most people wait too long to do this. They tell themselves they'll "figure it out" or "push through." Then another quarter passes. Then another year.
You made a different decision today.
