Partnering with others is what I like to call the “new currency.” Used well, collaboration enriches everyone—both the partners AND the audiences they each serve.
I enjoy partnering with others for mutual success, and I receive a great number of joint venture (JV) requests. But I can only say “yes” to a small number of requests, because they make the most sense for my business and my audience.
Please read the criteria below. You must meet ALL of the following criteria in order for us to partner together. If you seem to be a match, send us an email to describe your project and how it meets all of the following criteria:
- Everyone wins.
While there are many different ways to structure a joint venture, the bottom line is that everyone involved wins in some way—you, me, and our respective audiences.
- We have similar audiences.
My core audience is heart-centered entrepreneurs who want to serve humanity and earn a great living while making a difference. Most of them have been doing their work for many years, but some are new to Internet marketing. In all cases, however, they demand high quality, great value, a sincere message, and proven strategies they can use to improve their lives and businesses.
- You offer value to my community.
I’m known for giving workshops and programs that some have called “mandatory for anyone who wants to succeed in life and business.” Therefore, if I agree to host you to my audience or to invite my list to attend your presentation, I’ll expect the same level of quality from you. In your email, please explain exactly how your offer will benefit my audience.
- Your contact list is of sufficient size and quality.
You must have a responsive list of at least 5,000 active email subscribers. (Or, at least 3,000 if you know your list to be hyper-responsive.) This number does NOT include your social media connections; I am talking here only about your email contacts. Also, your list is used to hearing from you by email regularly, with high-value education, invitations and offers (not spamming).
- You can gather sufficient teleseminar/webinar/telesummit registrations.
If you would like to host me directly to your list for a free teleseminar or webinar, you must have a track record of registering at least 150 people for such events. If you would like me to participate in a telesummit, you must be able to generate an opted-in audience for the summit of at least 10,000.
- Your copy and web presence are excellent.
When I host people to my list or recommend their trainings, my reputation is on the line. Therefore, you must have well-written sales copy, a professional-looking website, and an overall credible presentation. Also, if your emails are ineffectively written and I have to rewrite them, that doesn’t bode well for future activities with you.
- You have a “go-give” attitude.
Napoleon Hill wrote in Think and Grow Rich, “The day of the ‘go-getter’ has passed. He has been supplanted by the ‘go-giver’.” It’s very simple: Those who prosper in today’s new economy are the ones who seek to add value first before seeking to gain. That’s why this is one of the most important things we look for in our JV partners.
If you meet all of these criteria, send us an email to describe your project and how it will be a Win-Win-Win for all involved.
